Marrying a printer

I love this printer! It's easy to set up and get going and I chose to print a photograph as a practice print set up and it came out at amazing quality, I couldn't believe I had just printed it. I've also joined the £1.99 a month deal where they automatically send you ink when running low (which they monitor via wireless connection). This is a very good printer at a very keen price and PC World delivered it in record time so I was very impressed with them. The instant ink plan from HP is the main reason that I chose an HP printer, it is an excellent plan but I had some difficulty signing up to it at first so I had to call the helpline. Wouldnt buy or sign up to instant ink

I've messaged currys about the print quality as not good with lines across the page - had no response. The ink ran out after a few days - signed up for the instant ink and it's not in stock so I've had to buy my own ink. When it arrives it will send a message to instant ink saying I dont need any ink so pointless and a waste of money. Not happy with the print quality, after care or ink sign up.Read full review...

Wont stay connected

Excellent value

Wanted it primarily as a photocopier and in this regard it is great. But I have as yet not been able to set up the wireless to print function for the iPad. I downloaded the app and spent ages trying but failed. Will try again when I have more time to spare.

Excellent value for money, it was delivered quickly and delivery was free. I am sure that it will be great to connect to a PC directly using the lead supplied, but as for wireless connectivity, this is a pain when tried on an iPad. Manual was poor and wasted ink printing out troubleshooting guide on wireless connectivity. Why could it not have been put in the manual.
