This is hard to find

This is hard to find retail, I am not sure why, I'm thinking home land security or something. it is an acid and maybe something that could be used for bad things. I cant find it anywhere here in Portland or. No tarnex, no sulfuric bathroom cleaner. My silver looks like H and this kind of product works the very best. doesnt remove silver tarnish

this stuff does not clean silver. even after scrubbing it with the brush it doesnt clean it. I then dropped the pieces in my old stuff and zip ..clean WTF?
