A basic wireless remote control worth half the RRP

This is a quite basic wireless remote control that I chose because I wanted a 2-stage unit (focus/shutter release) from a known photographic accessory manufacturer.
I would have rated it higher if, having also purchased the correct Hama lead for my camera from another source, I hadn't found the 2.5mm plug needed to be withdrawn from the camera socket slightly in order to work, which tells me the contact spacing on the plug possibly isn't consistent between devices.Read full review
