Very poor product which does not work well at all.
Simple cleaning is all I was looking for. This is an extremely clunky and poorly made/designed product. Would not recommend or buy again. Delivery was fine, no complaints there but a lousy product.

Good idea shame about the functionality.

It Works!
I had several CD's that would not play correctly due to surface scratches. It took some time and effort with the paste and cleaner and a lot of 'elbow grease' but all the damaged CD's now play faultlessly.
