Tricky stuff

I found it difficult to get a 'smooth' finish applying by brush, a bit like painting with treacle..... I have used this before and know how effective it is in preventing rust on steel.
Maybe a better quality brush would have helped, but as I didn't have any thinners to clean them, the brushes were only good for one coat.Read full review

Tried to paint my garage up and over door with it and found it very smeary and lumpy ,in the end it looked that bad i cleaned it all off and left it original .not pleased at all as i bought two tins and wasted my money on what i thought was a good product .Read full review

Best warm the tin in a paint kettle of boiling water to thin it

It then went on well, to a well prepd surface.
I used 3 coats on my mower deck & hope it lasts the 8 years claimed on the tin :-)
