4 of the 8 disks were scratched and unplayable

I was very excited that the complete Harry Potter DVD set was available for a very affordable price. Unfortunately, when we received the product, 4 of the 8 disks were scratched, and stopped playing partway through the movies. The package was shrink wrapped, and otherwise appeared to be new, so I am very disappointing that so many disks were damaged.Read full review

DVD set was listed as new, which it was shrink wrapped. However the case was split in several places. We were so glad none of the CDs were broke and so far seem to play ok.
