Not very specific info

I bought this for my 1995 4Runner 6 cyl. 4WD. I found a cheap one. I can't complain about the price for this used book. However, I will get very little use out of it. It is not that thick and claims to cover too many vehicles. Well it covers more 4 cylinders than 6 and not much 4WD. I had a couple specific things I wanted for right now...adjusting headlights was one...said use the two screws by the headlight...really. Then adjusting the valves. Had a listing for the 4 cylinder engine, nothing for the 6...no help. Other things I looked up were too general or showed images of similar parts but not like mine but for other earlier years or models. It is just too general unlike a Toyota service manual which tells you exactly what to remove to get to a part you need to service or remove. Of course those are really expensive. I suppose it would be better than nothing. I will continue to try to find videos on Youtube. Read full review

Haynes 2nd gen 4runner manual

Have had several different haynes manuals and have been satisfied with the quality and information. Sadly the 4 runner manual didn't live up to my expectations.The rear window malfunctioning is a common problem with 4runners (and the main reason I purchased the manual) and there was NOTHING about it in the manual. My engine wasn't covered

I have a 1995 Toyota 4Runner with a 3vz-e this Haynes Manuel covers more of the 4 cylinder 22RE I would not recommend this book if you have my engine very basic
