Dark but light
This is an unusual film with an engaging central character, reclusive, sinister and violent but with a vulnerable streak. His story unfolds through his relationship with a waitress and we slowly find out the secret of his strange, long life.
This story has plenty of wry and darkly funny moments to lighten the more violent scenes. Well worth seeing more than once.Read full review
