Brighter roads ahead with Sylvania Super Star Ultra
I do a lot of night time driving and was desperately in need for some good headlights. And Sylvania has answered my prayers. Really impressed by these lights. Although a bit on the expensive side. But money well spent indeed. I highly recommend these lights.
These lights should be adequate to meet the challenges of bad weather driving at night.
Haven't had any rain yet but am ready to meet it headlights on.

High beam / low beam
Purchased two packs Low beam works great shines out brightly, high beam disappointed color when looking into it shines white but when driving on bright the light seems blueish not bright white as I expected. I would purchase low beam again but not the high. Hard to be answer questions asked - would I recommend, - good value, - Google quality. Top of the line bulbs from a reliable OEM brand
Bought these to replace dim yellow factory OEM bulbs (also from Sylvania). They put out much brighter, whiter light and are much safer. I’m very satisfied. Note that OEM standard, bottom of the line Sylvania bulbs are rated at 300 life hours. These are rated at 125. The life is diminished due to higher output, however, the 2 other mid line models are only 100 hrs. It makes more sense to just buy these. Good lighting during storms
I use these for my brights, unfortunately using HID or LED for the brights provides you with horrible lighting during rain and snow storms. These lights provide just enough yellow to be much more effective than the other types I mentioned.Read full review

SYLVANIA 9005 SilverStar Ultra High Performance Halogen Headlight Bulbs
Good stuff. About 15-20% brighter than the stock bulbs. Cheaper than in any auto parts store. Bought one more pair of the same type just to keep in case these start going out later.

Brightest halogen bulbs
Whiter and brighter then stock but don’t expect LED or HID whiteness. If you don’t want to mess around with mounting extra ballists for HID’s or trying to figure out how to get LED’s to fit your housing this is your best bet. Better than expected
Theses really light up the road beyond the yellow halogens I was using, also replaced my high beams with the Silverstar Ultra 9006 bulbs and again, what a difference. I'm hoping they'll last longer than some of the other reviews state. An auto parts guy told me he has been running them for three yrs. now in his Silverado so lm not to concerned.
