Its helps all generations find solutions to health issues that we can source in the uk, unlike other books that only talk of remedies available in the Americas. So pleased since we're avoiding going to the Dr's right now for obvious reasons. Thank you. I've already been able to ease stress and anxieties for quite a few who thought their time might be up, when in fact, they are going to be fine. Big thumbs up.
