Was very skeptical but not any more.
I was very skeptical about these sort of things but was suffering so much pain that I decided to risk around £30 to try it. I was absolutely amazed at the result and have been buying them ever since. My only reservation is that they say that cartridge grows again but if I knock the tablets of for a day or two, the pain comes back. If the cartridge really had grown back it would not disintegrate this quickly.

Arthritis feels better
I'm on my 3rd double lot of Helix. I feel that, overall, there has been a decrease in the discomfort from the arthritis.
