Great cooking recipes for busy non cookers!

I’ve not properly done much cooking for years, but having had hello fresh meals delivered for a month we bought the book as we were so impressed by how easy and tasty the recipes were. The book is more of the same and with 95 menu’s we use it to plan weekly shopping. We choose 3 x meals a week, making double of one of them to cover 2 days. Easily done. Have had HelloFresh delivered for several months but now I can cook their recipes using my own ingredients and at a cheaper price from this excellent book. Good illustrations and concise instructions. You can't fail to cook an enjoyable meal any day of the week in under one hour!
