I have started using Nigella sativa oil almost a week ago and have noticed my right shoulder pain diminishing. I take 1tsp/day and also started using the oil to massage the shoulder area. I can notice more flexibility in movements, so will carry on including it in my daily supplements. It doesn't taste extraordinarily, but it can easily be hidden in the morning smoothie.
Brilliant way to maintain oneself immunity wise.

I have had this oil for a fortnight so far. No noticeable changes. The product arrive on time, bur NO dose age instructions, so needed to google an answer, might not be using correct dose age.

Almost a miracle oillllllllllllll

I have only recently discovered the beneficial properties of this oil so I can't as yet say it's made a dramatic difference; only taking a teaspoon a day and have started using the seeds in cooking. It hasn't made me feel worse and I will continue to use it as most of these natural remedies need a bit of time to kick in. This is a quality product. Unfortunately i was really looking for something to rub into my arthritic knees. This doesn't rub in so I give it a good massage instead.
