SUPERB STAND - GET IT

I have bought cheaper multi stands before only to have my guitars bang each other everytime I reached for one. I also have like 20 singlensyltands that was just to much clutter. This stand is awesome it easily accommodates my gibson sg, fender strat, fender telecaster, fender PJ bass and a Martin acoustic. This sit snug and safe with a safe adjustable distance between each one. It's also feels durable. I don't know how it would be on the road. It does fold easy and is pretty tough. But for home, practice or a studio it's phenomenal. I didn't want my new Martin to get dinged up. I would recommend this stand to anyone in need that has guitars that mean alot or cost alot.

Thumbs up!

Although a little more money than I would have liked to pay, this stand works quite well. I have it holding my ES175, 335, L5, Jackson Soloist and P. Bass. That's a lot of instruments, weight and expense. It works very well. The foam separators do well to limit the area each guitar can slide horizontally and the neck hanger locks them in nicely. Once you distribute the body weight and seat it correctly on the base the guitar stays put and is secured perfectly. From there it is simply a matter of lifting forward and up to retrieve the instrument. Another nice feature is it comes fully assembled. Just unfold it and slide the customizable foam and neck supports and you're good to go. Hercules also offers additional foam and neck supports should you need to add more instruments or replace any that wear out (not likely). This is probably the 50th stand I'v bought in my years of playing and without a doubt, my favorite. I paid $100 for this and for that reason only I gave it 4 stars. 5 stars would be my rating if it was priced as it should be at $70, but I'm just a poor old man on a fixed income :-(Read full review

Great for small spaces

Bought this to replace the numerous single guitar stands I have to try and save space after moving into a smaller home. This unit was perfect as it only occupies a space of 20in x 40in and holds up to 5 instruments (incl. both acoustic and electrics together). It is completely configurable based on how you want to set it up and they do provide additional parts that are sold separately that could more space holders. If you really want to squeeze your instruments together you could put up to 7 electric guitars on this rack. Has nice rubber neck rests that are adjustable and the padding is very thick and safe for all finishes. The construction is solid and durable and looks like it will last a lifetime. This is probably one of the best stands I have used yet and for the price you cannot beat the value. Highly recommended!Read full review

Excellence!!!!!!

Outstanding purchase. Simple. Solid. Superior. I know It's "only" a guitar stand but my goodness if you knew how much I've spent on cheap, inferior, worthless stands over the last 30 years you would agree. Yes, expensive but, but......for the 1st time in recent memory we have a product that exceeds all expectations, hype and/or advertising. I had a dream that this Company; Hercules made cars and trucks, homes, electronics etc. Would be sweet!

Sturdy, tidy, spacious, lightweight, adjustible!

Most of the the other guitar racks reviews that I have read have a common complaint: they do not have enough room for acoustic guitars! This model is roomy, sturdy, padded in all the right places, and can be adjusted to custom fit your guitars. The rack is collapsible and portable. I feel like having this addition to my tiny apartment has improved my life: 1) by keeping my precious gear safe 2) giving me more space to sit down and play yet 3) keeping my guitars within reach, while 4) adding a feeling of organization to my home. For me this is a worthy investment!Read full review

Great for the price!

Comes already assembled, just flip it open. My wife loves it because all my guitars are nicely confined to one small space instead of around the house! Has convenient pick holders on all of the neck braces. Read full review

Rack um up

Great stand. I bought two because I have 17 guitars in individual stands or in cases that I want to have access to. I am going to get a couple more. The spacer rings on the lower rest slide to snuggly fit different width axe's. Definitely a keeper. Read full review

Best stand i have ever purchased!

Shipped on time, in perfect shape and couldn't be happier! Holds five of the 7 guitars I have in conjunction with the other stands I have for the other 2 and my basses. No more boxed away guitars here and pleased with the solid construction.

Love it

Very sturdy and portable. Don't waste your money on a cheaper stand. Your going to put at least 5 guitars on it. Dont risk it with a crappy stand. This can actually hold 7 or 8 with an add on kit. Best money I spent on this.Read full review
