This is not the best creatine I've used, only because it's messy-- it likes to send tiny bits flying around, as if they're little static-electricity-charged flecks of lint. It's impossible to put a scoop into a blender or glass without getting little crumbs of it all over. Who knows, maybe it is static electricity (from moving around inside the cannister)? I think a big part of the problem is that the included scoop is tall and narrow and it takes some thumping to get the stuff out of it. It's probably also because it has a weird texture, more like corn starch than creatine (based on brands I've used in the past). Other than that, it seems to work well, which is the important thing, after all. It was the best deal on the internet and I'll definitely buy it again when I run out (which will be a while, since the container is huge). Read full review
