Practical use of the Hilka MAX

Rather disappointed with this. I bought it as a polisher but at slow polishing speeds it does not have much torque and is easily slows to an almost stop, turn the speed up and you get polish over the neighbours car as well as your own. . Mains lead is too short - extension lead is off the floor when polishing the roof or it would be if the plug didn't pull out of the socket with the slightest excuse. Last moan is the trigger has a strong spring in it so after 10 minutes use your fingers ache.

On the good side it works well as a sander as it really wants to go much faster. Motor and gearbox seem ok but time will tell.Read full review
