Best for ages

Been a Sparks fan for a long time, since TOTP days when my Family were amazed at the" strange bloke on the keyboard staring at the camera" well, strange, no, different and sometimes unique,yes, I can listen to their work and enjoyit, the lyrics can have a interesting theme, and the music can somtimes seem like it crosses genre, which I admit, some styles are not highest on
my pesonal taste, until a later time and they have an interest to me,
On the Hippopotamus album, I think the best tracks are "Unaware, Edith Piaf and the track "Giddy" seems the weakest, but that is how I hear it at the moment, bottom line, if your a Sparks fan you will love it, if not a fan, give it a try anyway, it is not background muzak, and worth a good listen.Read full review
