We previously had this product for 15-20 years and it had been used so much that it finally stopped working. That is a lot of years of use for a small electrical item so I actually ended up buying 2 more as a gift for my son, one for his house and one for his cabin because he seriously uses it on a daily basis. Portable, Versatile and AmazingI

This product is all I ever hoped it would be. For the side and cost it is very effective! Rubs out those knots. The larger more expensive chairs are very tough on the skin...this product gives a deep massage and you can determine how much pressure you want my how much weight you put on it.
My whole family loves it..even the kids are enjoying a massage...they are learning to ride a bike, so it relaxes the sore muscles.
I have it on my list to gift many people.
