Mixed opinions
I had seen mixed reviews about this cutter, but thought that in the sale at half price it was worth the gamble. A lot of the reviews I saw complained about it not actually cutting a straight line and initially when I tried it I found the same problem, but then I decided to try it with the guilotine rotated 90 degrees so that you're pulling the blade towards you rather than left to right and it works perfectly like this. So, yes it does the job with a few caveats and was therefore good value, but only at half price, not sure it's good quality for the full price. For the price I expected it to be a lot better..
Pretty gutted about this purchase.. the corner edger isn't neat and creates jagged small cuts. The scorer isn't good either which was my main reason for buying it. The wave cut is good but the straight cut and perforation are absolutely rubbish.. they do not even cut a straight clean line! although for the price I honestly thought it would be a great piece to own from a reputable company but i am going to have to buy a scorer now also as its really bad for this and wrinkles and tears appear when trying to fold on the incredibly faint score line. I'm yet to find a really decent paper cutting machine all those I have tried have left me buying precut pre-scored cards instead. Would be ok for anyone just scrapbooking but to make professional cards at selling quality you'd need to buy a scorer so id take a look and probably go try out a few others instead. Doesn't do the job
You get what you pay for.
It will only cut one piece of quality paper at a time. I tried to trim the edge
off a card already folded. I would only cut the top piece of paper leaving
the second un cut.
