comprehensive and complete and a very good read
This is a very detailed and indeed complete history of the Hofner Violin bass. Also it contains a lot of great pictures some of which are quite rare and I have never seen before. As an owner of a Hofner Violin bass myself and admirer of the instrument I can only recommend this book strongly to anyone interested in the history of this fantastic instrument.Read full review...

As well as the 500/1 it’s also goes through the years Japanese made Greco and the chinese made contemporary and ignition series.
