Superficially very effective

Whilst I cannot comment upon the long term efficiency of this product nor define any internal effects until such time as I strip down the engine, Radweld has effectively cured a significant leak in the radiator of my Jaguar X type. The system was losing about a litre every 10 miles (16Km) but has now been watertight for approximately 100 miles since I added Radweld. The efficiency of the cooling system and the heater appears to have been unaffected. This would seem to be a cheap alternative to the onerous task of replacing the radiator or removing it to affect a material repair.Read full review...

This stuff is brilliant.

Discovered that the car radiator had about 5 small leaks. Saw this Holt's Radweld for sale and as it was cheap I bought it, arrived two days later sorted radiator out and back driving half hour later. Can't recommend it enough. + I only used one bottle, so the other one stays in the boot, just in case I or someone else needs it.Read full review...

A 'Just in case' product.

I've used this product in the past and it proved very effective, getting me where I needed to go. It's easy to use and not messy. I'd also recommend having a small tyre inflator pump too just to add/maintain pressure once your tyre stops leaking.
Because it's cheap and convenient I've bought again just in case.

Fiat Bravo losing water

Fiat loosing water was filling radiator every 3 weeks at first then I was filling it twice a week couldn't find any obvious signs anywhere no wet patches on ground etc. Thought I would give rad weld a try before making an expensive trip to a mechanic and it worked, used it 9 days ago followed instructions on the bottle and I've still got a full radiator would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Read full review...

It mended the hole

It mended the hole when I could not see it. It did what was required, without being exciting. Attached is an ill-lit picture of the empty can. I am clearly better with the radweld than I am with the camera; I have to find out what ISO is.Read full review...

Radiator fix

This product came as promised and in the time promised. However the mechanic found a hole in my radiator so put a new one on. He did say Radweld is really only for use in an emergency situation to get you to a garage, similar to tyreweld is used for temporary fix to tyre to get you to a garage. So I never used the Radweld.Read full review...

It does exactly what it says on the bottle.

It will stop most leaks in the cooling system,to keep you motoring until you can get the leaking parts replaced .

Peace of mind product.

Very easy to use. Only took about 5 minutes from start to finish. No signs of a leak now.

Fixed the issue

Had a couple of small leaks in my radiator due to a load of gravel hitting it, was told to put a new one in then someone told me to try this first. Worked perfectly and saved me buying a whole new rad
