Great starter rowing machine at a very reasonable price.

This is a very good rowing machine for beginners, such as myself and I am really enjoying my work outs in the comfort of my own home.

It is very easy to set up and adjusting the resistance is quite simple with the dial above the hydraulic cylinder. The gradient of the bar can also be adjusted, so the machine can 'grow' with you.

I have not given this machine 5 stars as I would have liked to be able to see the distance on the computer. I know this is a minor thing, but I do like challenging myself to get better over time and I normally judge that on a combination of distance and time. Entirely down to preference though, and it doesn't take away from the exercise I am getting on the rowing machine. The seat is a good size and quite comfortable.

It doesn't take up much space and it isn't heavy, so I store mine behind a door and do my rowing whilst watching the TV. It is very quiet as it is a manual machine and the only sound is the swish from the hydraulic cylinder.

All in all, this is a very good rowing machine for the price and it does the job.

Despite reading reviews on the item, I’m only 5’9” tall and it just isn’t big enough to straighten your legs. Perfect for my 11 year son!

Rowing machine

This is a really great little rowing machine..I like the fact it's really light ..& small so does not take up too much room like the old cumbersome style rowing machines
& i love when it arrived it was already made...only a couple of bits to assemble by myself
I've used it for two weeks now & it works & does the job fine
But I am only a 5ft 3inch woman
Don't know if it's suitable for a man
But it could be I suppose

A tough basic machine providing functionality at a sensible price

I bought it expecting a basic functional product for an economy price and that is what I got, but given this limitation I was pleasantly surprised that the construction is very sturdy and the timer/counter has useful if simple options covering my needs. All in all a tough basic machine providing functionally at a sensible priceRead full review

A unexpected but pleasant experience.

I have only had the machine a few weeks , and at the moment only using it three times per week , I have really bad joints especially knees and was recommended a rowing machine as a form of exercise. Must admit I wasn’t sure at first but I love it , I am beginning to feel a difference already not only in the knees but my body as a whole. It is easy to use and quite streamline so its easy to store . Read full review

Get That Heart Pumping

Well my brother wanted this to help him get into shape (He hasn't got an Ebay account) so I sorted it for him. Now I bought one of these 20yrs ago for my Ex wife and boy have times moved on.
This one folds up neatly when not in use and is of far better build quality but just to explain......the old one I bought for the Ex had a Red seat which moved up and down on runners. You pulled the cords and off you went. Now I remember her using it when I heard a scream , so I went to investigate and fell on the floor laughing . She had slipped off of the red vinyl seat and her back bumpers had gone on the springs which had clamped her skin and would not release as she had let go of the cords. She had some great marks where the springs had attacked her......brilliant fun releasing her after I had nearly stopped laughing .
This item is far better in design thus I shall Not be called to help my brother although I still laugh when he mentions how good this item is.
