Functional and really sucks!

Good vacuum purchased, used a few times now. Really sucks and does its job, glad I got the pet version instead of the standard variant.
Hoping it remains this good, advise checking brush and filters every so often to keep it working as you'd expect. Glad I purchased a refurbished model instead forcing myself out of pocket for the from the High Street dealers.Read full review

This Hoover is easy to use and very light
I have no problems carrying it up the stairs

Good hoover

It is light and easy to use. It comes with 2 batteries, so they can be swapped easily for longer cleaning.

Not good for long hair

The hoover does not cope well with long hair (which myself and my daughter both have). After hoovering once for about 5 minutes, the vacuum shut down.

I have tried to return this hoover as it does not do what we need it do to. Eventually after 2 emails, someone replied to say that as the product had been used I could not return it and that the product did not specify being able to pick up long hair.

Awful

Terrible hoover was good for about a week, then quickly realised the filter is a nightmare too take apart, and battery life became very poor after about a week, not even good as a second hoover to just whip round with between using the upright, complete waste of money! Better off spending abit more on a second hand vax cordless with warranty for a small amount more! Read full review

Poor suction, heavy to use as you are holding the weight of battery and motor unit.
