It’s incredibly easy to use and it mixes the solution and water automatically so you don’t use too much or too little. I’ve used 3 other brands before this one and this pulled up every stain we had beautifully. I was impressed. For a refurbished unit it looked almost new.

Broke first day I used it.
I really wanted to love this product. It worked really well on the carpet I was able to use it on but the plastic removable piece which holds the front together broke the first day. I’ve now had to tape it on to still use the machine :-( Read full review
