Humble little beastie

A fantastic tool at a very reasonable cost. The low voltage makes for a very accurate cut although a little patience may be required because the trade off is a slow operating speed. I find this preferable because more powerful machines can eat away a piece before you can stop it. I own a VERY hot wire cutter too, but that is for 'ripping down huge pieces of packing styrofoam and xps foam. This compact machine ideal for the fine work, that so far I had been unable to achieve.Read full review

Solid purchase for table top crafting

Fantastic, does the job really well. Could have some guides on it simply to save time adding them myself and a taller guide to ensure stright cuts when using it. Great product at a fraction of the cost

A really useful design

The hot wire cutter assembles quickly and easily. It is very simple to use & is robustly designed. Unfortunately for the plug top pwer supply as faulty, but this was replaced promptly by the supplier.
