After receiving my feet and hand warmers I discovered the feet ones were of no use as I’m diabetic, however the hand ones will be of great value when the cold weather comes in .

I was sceptical as to whether these would feel bulky in the shoe but they're really slim and narrow so you barely notice them. I wore mine with thick socks and walking boots and in Switzerland stood on a frozen lake in snow for over 6 hours and my feet were fantastically toasty for the entire day, i was genuinely amazed and will be using them again whenever the slightest chance of cold feet presents itself!!
