Worth reading as an investment in yourself.

I borrowed this book from my library and immediately realised I would need my own home copy.
It makes complete common sense to me and I am initially following some of the information already learned whilst reading more. I am so interested I have purchased the Cookbook of the same name, I have not owned either book very long but have already followed several recipes and yesterday made (very easy) my own date syrup so I can stop using sweetners.
