Great pump that needs better accuracy...

This is a great little 120 volt air pump. It's quiet and fills tires fast. A sticker on the pressure gauge mentions that accuracy is +/- approximately 10% (+/- 3 lbs @ 30 pounds, etc.). I compared what the gauge said relative to the Tire Pressure Monitoring System sensors tell me on one of my cars (they are highly accurate). I determined that if I added +5 lbs of pressure over what the Husky gauge was telling me that I'd be right on the mark. Your pressure accuracy might vary. Not heavy duty but great for topping off vehicle tires.

Just know this unit was not designed for heavy duty use. It's intended to top off your vehicle tires so you don't have to pay at the gas station.

The unit would probably melt down if you tried to blow up a car tire from scratch... You may get away with a bicycle tire with a rest period half way through. I would not try to fill an inflatable bed... It just was not designed to run that long.

Easy, Compact and light weight Air Compressor

I was getting tired of inflating my bike tires; consuming a portion of my energy with the regular hand floor pump to fill my bicycle tires. I reasoned that an air compressor will save me on time, and energy to get the job done. This is what the husky is able to do; fill bicycle tires, car tires, air mattresses, and sports balls. It is compact, light weight and easy to use. It plugs into the wall as some are a 12V that can only be used plugged into a cigarette lighter in the car, I think this type of outlet will be more convenient than the 12V to fill up tires at home. The air pressure gauge glows in the dark and the air gradually fills the item with the air to the psi the user desires. Some people go for the bigger sized air compressors, but I was looking for something more simplified and more convenient to use such as the Husky. If a buyer is looking for simplicity I recommend this product.Read full review

AC air pump good for home because the DC models run your car battery down on cars you don't drive a lot. This AC pump is 3 times more powerful than the DC models and fill much faster...Complaints of hose tearing at pump end are probably because people let the pump hang when valve is at top of tire...I advise leaving the air hose clipped to the pump and sitting the pump on a bucket or box to reach the top of tire. that way there is no strain on hose....Read full review

Looks like a toy---works just fine

I was able to fill a large air mattress in 10-15 minutes. My wish would be for a large fitting to fit the entry valve of the mattress. I had to "make-do" with tape to fill the opening. Otherwise, no problem.Read full review

Electric pump for tires

Hi I bought this pump to fill my deflated snow blower tires. It worked fine . I was having trouble with the car pump. It wouldn't fit the tire vale right. I connected this pump to an extention in the garage and filled the tire up and was able to see the correct pressure on the tire as I filled it up.
