Fun to Sew

I am enjoying sewing with my Husqvarna Viking Huskylock s25 Sewing Machine Serger! It runs like a dream and makes quick work out of any project while maintaining a professionally sewn image. The treading is not the easiest task, but once you get the hang of it its fine.Read full review

Swedish Quality and Reliablity

This machine is a quiet understatement to Swedish engineering. It's your all around basic, no nonsense, easy to use machine. It made the perfect gift for a beginer sewer. The 300 series mechanicals are durable sewing from leather, upholstery to fine fabrics of silk and synthetics. It makes a great hobby machine or even reliable enough to be used in commercial alteration applications. Never second guess what this machine can do for it will surprise you.Read full review

not for beginners.but fantastic serger

have had a number of sergers in the last 50+ yrs. this is very impressive. easy to follow instruction booklet. a large machine.should last the rest of my life and then some. I am 75yrs.easy to thread. also easy to understand computer screen and change settings. wish I had bought one 20 yrs ago like this. doubt if they even had it then. by far one of the most impressive. I wear them out about every 5 yrs. so have had a number of them.Read full review

Just be patient . . . .

Machine arrived perfectly packaged. Definitely use the enclosed video showing how to thread and set up for each type of stitch. It took a while for me to figure out where the last spool was going, but once I did it's pretty easy. I got this for the coverstitch feature. Hemming knit pajamas and hoodies is now quick and easy. I find that a long stitch (4.0) works best on knits, but do experiment on a scrap of your fabric first. I did have problems with a skipped stitch, but I think I just need a new needle.Read full review

Husqvarna Viking S25 Serger

It came with all the covers screw loose; other than that looks and works like a new one.

Excellent machine

While most sewists would like the biggest, bestest, baddest machine available, budget constraints typically keep us in check. This is a straight-forward serger with enough capability to do almost anything a home-based sewing project could be. I enjoy it and am learning new tips and tricks with each use.Read full review
