Bad quality and not recommended!

These vitamin D tablets have not helped me. There has been no difference when I have taken them as my bones still hurt. The recommended recommend inane for these capsules is 1 every 2 weeks. I have followed this but it literally has no effect on my health. I now take a different brand of vitamin D (kirkland) which has been far more effective than this.Read full review...
