I was extemely sore and uncomfortable before i tried this....i did use it everyday for a month then 3x a week so it has worked out quite expensive. The relief has been worth it so i would reccomend and i am hoping i can reduce it as i heal. I much prefer this product to replens and was reccomended its use by a menopausal consultant guienocologist
