only one issue, the valve!
It is what you see in the photo, and it inflates and stays inflated. A neck pillow doesn't have a great deal to go wrong. All I would say is the valve requires you to bite it as you blow to get past the non-return feature, and to deflate you have to pinch and roll the valve as you squeeze the pillow. I'm going to drill out the non-return flap inside the valve, i think, so it's not such an effort. For the money it's ok, but there are others on the market that may not need this 'mod'. For the money, it can't be moaned about. Some people have complained that it's hard to inflate, but it's no problem once you get the hang of it. Just work out which way the valve has to be squeezed.
