Whether you're stressed out or just want a good night's sleep without the groggy feeling some people experience when using traditional sleep medications. Even my husband is convinced. He has a very active brain and high pressure at times work wise, so if he wakes up at 3 in the middle of the night he can take 2, fall asleep and perform the next day. Hyland’s Calms Forte relaxes me so I get a decent night’s sleep. When I took melatonin, my sugar count would be high and I was becoming borderline diabetic as melatonin can affect insulin production.
