Great little British giallo style thriller

Very rarely seen British thriller with great cast. A young Jenny Agutter stars as a 15 year old girl infatuated with her older adopted brother, played by Bryan Marshall. Gripping psychological thriller!

Truly exceptional film (albeit harrowing at times). This BFI Blu Ray version has some great extras, including a riveting interview with Jenny Agutter and a brilliant, highly authoritative commentary. Superbly restored picture and sound. Filmed in Bracknell (Berkshire), which for me was very nostalgic as I went to college there only a handful of years after the film was made and there’s a fascinating vintage colour film included about Hemel Hempstead!
