I live in the hot desert and have very oily skin. I also work outside most of the day. Needless to say nothing stays on my skin....ever. I put this line on my tightline and waterline at 5:30 am and work outside in 102-104 degree heat. It never runs, smears, fades....nothing. I have left on my eyes and woken up with perfect liner the next day. I now will not get permanent eyeliner cause this is amazing. Easy to apply.
