Breaking Trend!

I am very happy to find a source for IUnik products here! I tried the beta-glucan, because I was searching for an alternate to hyaluronic acid. I have sensitive skin, and had a bout of fungal acne (malasezzia) that was tough to treat at first. If you want a supreme hydrating product that will give you some barrier against winter weather, try this version of beta-glucan! Most USA products have beta glucan made from oats, and clogged my pores, vs. Laying lightly on my skin. One of Deciem's product line has a pure beta glucan serum like this, but it is triple the price. I have used this for 25 days now, and this serum is keeping my skin moisturized with no side effects, and has calmed my skin remarkably well. I put it on as a last layer in the AM, after my 1st two steps of sulwhasoo's balancing water and timetreasure serum. I let it dry for about 2 minutes, then apply my bb cream. It plays well with my other skincare products, and if your skin is reddened or irritated, combine or layer the beta glucan with IUnik's snail ampoule, and let your skin go bare for a few hours. The only thing I will note is the texture of the ampoule is quite gooey, and has quite a bit of slip to it as well, so drop directly on the face or use back of the hand and dab it on. I had a bit of an issue with the dropper not picking up the awesome gooey-ness, until I realized a bit of the ampoule had become concentrated into a micro ball and the dropper didn't have enough suction strength to push it out. The dropper was suctioned out with a baby's nose suction bulb, and the dropper now picks up a nice amount of this nifty formula. Immediate Results

This serum was recommended to me when I commented on a YouTube video that I did not want Hyaluronic Acid in my skincare and preferred glycerin and CICA (Centella Asiatica). Wow what a difference this serum has made. Depressing fine lines gone. Glowing moisturised skin. Usually products moisturise and an hour later my skin is dry as a bone. I put this on in the evening and my skin was still hydrated in the morning. Delighted with this serum.Read full review
