ICOM UT-133 Bluetooth Unit for ID-5100 is Well Worth the Money.
The UT-133 was very easy to install. Detailed instructions for installation and setup are found in the full ICOM ID-5100 user manual which can be found easily on the internet. I set up two inexpensive Bluetooth headsets and had no issues. I also set up the VOX function and it worked too well. Only issue was with the VOX function. It was too sensitive and picked up noise from my headset. For me, this is not an issue since wireless headsets give me freedom to move about. The UT-133 is very well constructed. Great value for adding Bluetooth to Icom ID-5100
I have the Icom ID-5100 and the UT-133 provides a great value solution for adding Bluetooth capability. While it does not provide the UT-133a versions added functionality for PTT, its more than adequate for basic Bluetooth and fully supports Icoms VS3 Headset. If you don't need the added PTT functionality of the UT-133A save yourself some $$$ and grab this earlier non-A version.Read full review

Just ordered a second one for wife.
Works fine. Arrived quickly, given that it was sent from Japan. Instructions are in Japanese, not English, but pictures make it clear how to install it and that you need to download the Icom app. There are also videos on YouTube if that's not enough.
