A trip to heaven on a steam train

This is a truly memorable, entertaining film. Ok so its only 45 min long, but what a fantastic 45 mins.
There's also a couple of shorts that are engaging too, one (animation, colour) is about 10 mins long and the other (Documentary B/W ) is around 21 mins. Don't think these have ever looked so good, even on the days of their release in the 50's / 60's

The main film though is from IMAX and boy does it show!
Not only entertaining, informative and Interesting, its also excellent 4k demo material. I know that I shall use this and Planet Earth II again and again as demo fodder.
Don't think you'll ever get better picture quality ( it even gives you the options of SDR or HDR picture quality on the 4k disc), there's also a Bluray copy which is almost as good as the 4k disc. The digital copy was only 4 days to go when I got mine today, so I don't think you'll get the chance to download that before the 12th July 2017 !!!
Still, its excellent and I got mine at a really cheap price, so look around for a bargain price.

It's lovely if you like steam engines. Canadian trains are too expensive. Amtrak is much better option.

Gave some great history, could have had much more scenery in it as longer playing time. I have been in this area on motorcycle and know that there is much more to see than what is shown on this.
