IN THE LINE OF DUTY KIDNAPPED

I thought the plot implausible. Someone from the IRS would not be allowed to take a prisoner on day release. And the prisoner taken had no real value in the plot. And in th finale' how did the police know the kidnapper would be at a specific house. I've given the DVD to a local charity shop. Perhaps someone might get entertainment from it.
