THE GODFATHER OF STEAMPUNK.

I bought this book out of an increasing interest in" STEAMPUNK" as it is sugested that it`s author was the first person to coin the phrase " STEAMPUNK". I found the book to be an easy quick read. I know the seting is in victorian times but you could also sence that it was published in 1987; i.e it`s writing seemed to me to be dated compared with modern writings, but that is not meant as a critisism. I thouroughly enjoyed it and would recomend it.Read full review...
