Instant Pot 8qt Duo Plus working out great so far

Only had it for a few weeks but love it so far. Amazing how versatile it is. I notice that my unit seems to be overcooking things but found some great tips on YT to help with that.

This slow pressure cooker is amazingly simple and fast. If I wouldn't have seen it with my own eyes, I would not believe the things this thing does in the short amount of time it does it. Seriously takes frozen meals and is cooked in 3/4 of the time it would normally take and they are both tender and tasty. I'll be looking forward to many more excellent meals with this thing.
