In Current system

I am using in A Dell Optiplex 330, before I had A 2.2 2 meg chip, it was the default chip, the main reason Y I bought was one of my 2 ram chips went dead and A am at·tached to this system, it is stable, A 2006 system, I bought it about 7 years ago, it has lasted through a bought 20 other computer systems I have had that has been given to me or that I have built, and due to the heat wave last year alone I lost 8 systems,

long story short with the new upgrade it runs as fast as it would 4 gig ram but I only have 2 gigs with the upgrade with windows 10

A bit tricky.

One of the best chips ever made. One thing though. You must upgrade your motherboard BIOS on some motherboards in order for it to work. This socket went through many improvements that it will make your head spin. Once the upgrade is done, max out your RAM to specs. This cpu went Into an lga775 pc for an arcade emulator machine running recalbox os and pairs with 4gb ram, and a 1gb amd gpu it runs the os well.
