This sand filter does the job. Was not hard to set up. Cleared my pool up in a couple days.
BUT if I didn't research this before I bought it would not of known that I had to get adapters for hoses, only glitch. Hoses I have are 1 1/4,need to fit 1 1/2 on pump.Read full review

Defective
This product is ok but it seems to have some issues that I can’t figure out. There is low pressure that I can’t seem to increase and then have to keep knob held down for any strength on the pressure. I’ve tried everything from letting out the air to changing my sand and does not get nowhere close to 5psi. The amount of pressure is borderline green. It’s barley touching the green line. I wish I could get my pump replaced because the one that was sent to me is defective!!!Read full review

Thefittings are poor. you can easily over tighten them trying to get them to stop leaking.
