DVD Played Well, I saw this series many years ago on TV. The story was slow to start but gradually picked up. However, I’m glad I only bought a USED box set at a cheap price.

Island At War is worth watching!!!

This is an interesting story of a WW2 occupied Channel Island. The actors are all great, and if you are a Sam Heughan fan, you get to see him when he was a bit younger! The only thing I found fault with was the theme music, and that this is the only season (I wanted more to watch)!!!Read full review

WW2 drama cut short as the series was axed
