Amazing work, lifts the veil on JFK's murder and why

Sometimes the writing is a little plodding due to the overwhelming and amazing compilation of facts, but this book is astonishing in recreating the dots. If this were a criminal prosecution, it would be sufficient to prove motive, opportunity and act(s) beyond a reasonable doubt in the biggest crime of the 20th Century. This was the 9-11 of my generation. That who did it and why has remained obscured for over 50 years to the general public is because of the deliberate obscuring of the facts from the public by very powerful people and institutions. Not the only book on the subject, but the best I have read so far. Essential reading by everyone who has been fed the pap of the Warren Commission. Many revelations obtained more recently by Freedom of Information Act disclosures and declassification of documents. Khruschev and Castro were the stated enemies, but were actually working with JFK for peace, to dial back the nukes, get out of Vietnam, but threatened those with a different warhawk, skullduggery agenda. Read it and pull back the curtain of lies and confusion. Highly recommended.Read full review

Everyone Must Read This Book

This book is a MUST READ for anyone who wants to know the true political fabric in the U.S. during the early 1960 years. It tells of JFK's courage in doing all he could to bring a peaceful cooperation between the U.S. the U.S.S.R. and Cuba. It tells much about the inner workings of the machine, which ended up consuming the life of John Fitzgerald Kennedy and the culture of our nation prior to the cratering of our nation in Vietnam.Read full review

Why read this book

This book along with Harvey and Lee are important repositories of what actually happened to JFK and the reasons behind his murder
It is also an awaking to the complicated connection of our government to the most horrific crimes domestically and international
The documentation and source material is the most comprehensive I have ever seen
I would recommend both books to anyone who wishes to understand why we are in the situation we are presently in.
For those who want to know the TRUTH

Read it and Be Scared for your Country

If only half of the things in this book are true, this is a scary thing for this country. All the three letter agencies of the US government need to be scattered to the winds. This book explains in many ways how this country is in the shape it is in and it is a result of the swamp in Washington, D.C. The powers that be care not one bit about the American people only retaining their power. The corruptness back in the 60's has been multiplied to an extent that I don't know if the country will ever recover from. All I can say is "Thank God for rednecks." The people who don't fall in line will be our saviors.Read full review

Worth the time to read

Contains information already written about in other books, but some of it is updated with further interviews, like with Thomas Vallee family members for example. Excellent recounting of Kennedy's push for peace and the forces opposed to that effort. Certainly worth reading. Read full review

JFK and the Unspeakable: Why he died and why it matters

A profound, meticulous, sobering and insightful book on President John F. Kennedy’s murder. It probes and reveals the unspeakable— the plans, the witnesses, the enablers, the destructiveness of the act then and going forward.Read full review
