What it says on the box is inaccurate!

I brought this for my mum and she has tried it and it does not seem to work what so ever I’m removing the hairs and is really poor quality. It’s not that easy to move or to bend to do your lip. And eyebrows and other areas. It’s poor quality and overpriced for the price. It’s deceiving for the description. We are disappointed as she has another JML and it is better quality.
