Don't use to talk, or sing, over a PA system
If all you want it for is to transmit audio to a Bluetooth enabled device, it'll be fine, and works well.
I wanted to send the output of my mixer to my Bluetooth PA speaker, eliminating cabling, the mixer taking PC audio and a microphone as inputs.
The problem is the latency of the signal (time delay) is horrible, at about half a second, so using the mic was a no-no.
I'll keep the item, as it might come in handy if I just want audio, but can't use it for speechRead full review...

I was using my bluetooth headphones through my tv, but there was always an audio lag, and the tv hasn't got a function to allow me to make any adjustments. So buying this adapter was my only hope of getting what I wanted, pic and sound in sync through my bluetooth headphones. OK for music only, not tv audio
This is ok if you only want to use it for music however, when used with a tv, I experienced long audio delays which made watching tv unacceptable. Most of the time I had no issues with connection, in either direction, though I did have some new headphones that always failed to connct, for some reason!
