The VCR would not load or unload correctly when received item(spring was loose on door assm) DVR worked fine. The tuner was unable to use because it is a Analog only Tuner and all TV station today signal is in Digital would had been nice if that was in add instead of telling the customer to make sure you know how to use it and make sure it will do what you want. The age of the DVD?VCR is a older model and the company writeup does not tell you everything you need to know. If you only want it for the DVD/VCR and not the tuner, it is a fair price and JVC is a good product.Read full review
