awesome old school songs

there are so many songs from when when we were in school.
great old school songs. theres alot of songs that make you just want to get upa and dance. Brings back lots of memories.

Jock Jams Vol. 4

This is my favorite of the jock jams CD's. The music is motivating and clean, good tunes. I use several songs for my jump rope team, especially the mixes.

Good CD/music from the past

The overall CD is good. There almost always seems to be a couple of songs that are not so good on CD's.
