Won’t work fir some !

I have two terriers of different sizes, the larger dog this works fine on and is very secure, it avoids neck pull which is better than a standard collar as the old boys getting on a bit. The smaller dog though, a schnauzer it’s not so clever on as she can push backwards and escape. We’ve no resolved the problem by connecting the original collar to the harness, this way we benefit from minimising injury to the dog whils walking and there’s a backup if she wiggles out of it. Best ever harness

We bought two of these for our little dogs Poppy and Daisy.

Best For Our Pug

We have tried others but this is undoubtedly the best harness for our pug dog. It is strong, attractive and he seems very comfortable with it. Best of all it is so easy to put on and take off - in fact a joy! The only thing I would add is a facility to add a name tag as we do not put a collar on our dog (we used to but it looked dreadful and just meant one more thing to put on). As it is we attach it to the ring that is used to attach the lead... job done but could be better.

I was concerned the chest strap might ride up but so far we have had no problem with this, if we do I have discovered you can buy one separately and add it to the existing harness.

Mostly ok but could be improved in a few areas .

The plastic buckle could be better , especially if it could be locked .
